*-=[How to use gamecrk for BURNOUT: Championship Drag Racing]=-*
First choose the BURNOUT (svga or 3dfx) version game you wish to crack.
Press the up/down arrow keys to highlight your version to crack.
Press the left/right arrow keys to select whether you want to CRACK the game,
UNDO a previous crack (so that everything would be exactly like original),
or set the directory PATH for the game (if located somewhere else on the HD).
The default game path is current DOS path.
When you select CRACK or UNDO, on the screen appears a window showing the
cracking progress. If you wanted to crack a game that is already cracked or
uncrack a game that is not cracked, an error message is displayed. If
everything is OK, the "Done!" messages is displayed for the file cracked
and you can select CANCEL to get back to the game selection menu. To exit
this program, press ESC.

Previous versions of Burnout (1.00 thru 1.21) had only (1) CD check.
They were easy to crack. I posted a nice util to crack these in both
software rendered & 3DFX. In Usenet rec.autos.simulators a lame-ass
Bethesda Softworks Beta tester noticed the util. He found it worked.
I know he tried it since he replied that "you seem to have a knack
for cracking this game". So what...
Shortly v1.22 gets released. Now there's multiple CD checks in the newer
patches. I wonder why? I also guess that Bethesda thinks they have a real
winner this time. A patch that can't be cracked? Homey don't think so...
Knowledge in assembly language and a debugger is all you need... Bethesda.
Give it up... (9) different locations to hex edit since v1.22...
Go ahead and redo it again. I'll defeat it again, no problem.
I play this game therefore I crack this game. There is no way that a
stupid CD check will force me to use the CD when I play. I play 100%
from the HD and the CD (which I own) is an install medium only.
